Ullapool is on the north west coast of the Highlands of Scotland. Approximately 55 miles, or 1 hour, north of Inverness and well situated for the Highlands and Islands. Ullapool is the main ferry link to the Isle of Lewis. We are within easy drive of Gairloch, Achiltibuie, Lochinver and Assynt and a great base to explore the region.
From Inverness

From the Airport, drive towards Inverness, then turn North to Kessock Bridge. From the town, drive towards the A9, and turn north to Ullapool.

Follow the A835 North, sign posted 'Ullapool' all the way.

When you enter Ullapool, follow the road as it turns right after the petrol station.

Take the third left 'Market Street - opposite the entrance to the High School.

We are on the left hand side, with a sign reading 'Broomvale'.
From Lochinver and the North

Follow the A835 south towards Ullapool.

When you enter the village, stay on the main road south through the village.

Watch for 'Market Street' on your right, just after the Church of Scotland and opposite the High School.

From Ferry/Bus Station

Walk up 'Quay Street' opposite the entrance to Ullapool Harbour.

Take the 3rd road on the right, 'Market Street'.

Carry on over the cross road of 'Ladysmith Street' and 'Market Street'.

We are on the right hand side, with a sign reading 'Broomvale'.
